30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Earphones and headphones (if packaging seal is broken)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
